How it works
Connect a Solana wallet. SolKnife reads your open Meteora DLMM positions and shows each one's range status (in-range earning fees vs out-of-range idle), current value, accrued fees, and PnL, with a visual bar showing where the current price sits in your range. It is read-only: connecting a wallet to view positions never signs or moves anything; your keys never leave your wallet. Closing or re-positioning is done on Meteora directly — this is observation, not management.
- In range / out of range
- A DLMM position earns fees only while the current price sits inside its range. An out-of-range position is idle, sitting entirely on one side of the pair, earning nothing until price returns or you re-position.
- PnL
- Meteora's profit-and-loss figure for the position, net of fees earned and impermanent loss. It is a point-in-time snapshot, not a buy-and-hold comparison — re-balance and the PnL realizes differently than holding the underlying tokens.
- Accrued fees
- Fees the position has earned but not yet claimed. They sit alongside the LP balance until you withdraw or re-position.
- Non-custodial
- SolKnife never holds your funds or your keys. Viewing positions is a read of public on-chain data; nothing is signed, no transactions are built.
Frequently asked
- How do I check my Meteora DLMM positions?
- Connect any Solana wallet. SolKnife reads the wallet's open Meteora DLMM positions directly from the chain and shows each with its range status, current value, accrued fees, and PnL. The read is instantaneous after connect — no signature, no transaction. Closing or re-positioning is done on Meteora's own UI; this tool is observation.
- What does 'in range' vs 'out of range' actually mean?
- A DLMM position covers a price range you picked when you provided liquidity. When the current price is inside that range, your liquidity is active and earning fees on trades. When price moves outside, your position becomes all of one token (whichever side of the range was crossed) and earns nothing until price returns. Out-of-range positions also accumulate impermanent loss relative to just holding the underlying tokens.
- How is PnL calculated here?
- SolKnife shows Meteora's own PnL figure for each position — net of fees earned and impermanent loss versus the initial deposit. It is a point-in-time snapshot, not a buy-and-hold comparison: the PnL says 'this position has gained / lost X% on its deposited value', not 'you would have made X% more or less by just holding the tokens'.
- What do I do if my position is out of range?
- Three options. (1) Wait — if you expect price to return to your range, sitting out-of-range and waiting earns nothing but the impermanent loss is already locked in by the price move. (2) Re-position — close the position on Meteora and open a fresh one centered on the current price. (3) Close — exit entirely. SolKnife shows you the status; the decision is yours.
- Can I close or re-position from here?
- No, this tool is read-only. Closing or re-positioning a Meteora DLMM position is done on Meteora's own UI, which has the full bin-management controls. SolKnife focuses on the observation layer (range status, fees, PnL) so you can decide what to do; the doing happens on Meteora.
- Does this show closed positions?
- No — only currently open positions. For a history of closed positions, Meteora's own UI and explorers like Solscan are the source of truth. SolKnife's view is your current LP state.
- Why don't I see all my positions?
- Common causes: (1) the position is on a wallet you haven't connected; (2) the position was closed (this view shows open only); (3) the position is on a DLMM pool that's been deprecated or migrated. If something looks missing, Meteora's own UI is the second source of truth — if it shows there but not here, please report.
- Is connecting safe?
- Yes. This page only READS public on-chain positions data. SolKnife builds no transactions here, so the wallet has nothing to sign — and there's no way to authorize anything with no signature. Connect, view, disconnect; nothing changes on-chain.
